The work
La Mente Criminale is a thriller / criminology title by Chiara Zippilli. The brief: a cover that signals the genre at a glance without leaning on clichés, and that holds up at both physical-shelf and thumbnail-on-Amazon scale.
The solution was a tightly composed central motif that reads as a thriller from across the bookshop and as an editorial cue when you finally pick it up.
