The work

Lore So What makes YouTube videos about data and the tools people use for it. He had an audience on YouTube, a small one on Instagram, and an online school that had not sold yet.

We started in October 2023 on a deal that tied our pay to his results: a small monthly fee plus a share of every course sold. So we only did well when he did.

We grew both channels together. YouTube passed 100,000 subscribers, and Instagram went from under 10,000 followers to more than 100,000.

The school went from no sales to paying students, every sale run through ads and funnels we built.

The approach

How the growth actually happened.

  1. 01

    Paid on his results

A small fee plus a share of course sales, so our pay depended on his.

  2. 02

    Two channels, one plan

YouTube and Instagram grown together, each past 100,000.

  3. 03

    Zero to paying students

Meta ads and funnels that took the school from no sales to paying students.

More work

Three more to chew on.
