The work
The Celentano Tribute Show takes Adriano Celentano’s songs on tour, in Italy and far beyond it. Every date is its own small launch: a new city, a new audience, a few weeks to fill a venue.
So we treat it that way. Each show gets its own Meta campaign, aimed at the people around that venue, with its own budget and its own end date. Rome, Genoa, Bari, Verona and Florence. Hamburg, Berlin, Bonn and Rosenheim. Prague, Brno and Ostrava. Paris and Zurich. New York, Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Toronto, Montreal and Buenos Aires. More than 40 cities so far, and when a new date is announced, the ads are ready.
We make the material too. Posters and short videos cut from the show’s own footage, in the language of each city, so a poster in Hamburg sells in German and the same show in Rome sells in Italian. As a date gets closer, the ads are refreshed.
And every campaign leaves something behind. People who sign up for one show join the mailing list, so the next time the show comes near them, they hear first.
