The work
Sofia makes lucite jewelry by hand in her Miami studio. Every piece is handcrafted, sculpted, and polished, one at a time. When she came to us in September 2025, that art was selling quietly on Etsy, and her own Shopify store had enough problems that sending paid traffic to it would have been throwing money away.
So we did the unglamorous thing first: we fixed the store. No ads until the foundation held. It was the cheapest decision in this whole story, and everything else stands on it.
Then we built the Meta ads engine. Not around discounts or urgency, because Chofa doesn’t do that. Around what makes the work worth wearing: handcrafted wearable art from a real artist, not another mass-produced statement piece. The ads sold the thing that is true.
A few months in, we added TikTok ads on top. TikTok fills the top of the funnel with people who have never heard of Chofa; Meta turns them into buyers. The two platforms compound instead of competing.
Chofa achieved a 2.3x blended return on ad spend. Sofia makes the art. The engine finds the people who love it.
