The work

Gary opened myChiro Clinic in Canary Wharf in 2006. Nearly twenty years in, the clinic had a strong reputation and a diary that depended too much on word of mouth.

We started with Google Ads, aimed at people searching for help with a specific problem near where they work. The campaigns did their job so well that the clinic had to hire more staff to keep up with the bookings.

Then we made sure the growth would last. We fixed the website technically, rebuilt the pages that bring patients in, and started publishing articles written from Gary’s own clinical approach, so the clinic shows up when people search on Google and when they ask an AI assistant.

The result is a clinic that is full, with more than one way of staying full.

The approach

How the growth actually happened.

  1. 01

    Search ads near work

Search campaigns for the problems people book a chiropractor for, near where they work.

  2. 02

    Fixed underneath

The website repaired underneath, so search engines and AI assistants can read it properly.

  3. 03

    In Gary’s own words

Articles built from Gary’s outlines and his three-layer treatment model, not generic health content.

  4. 04

    Two ways to stay full

Paid search fills the diary today; search and AI visibility keep it full tomorrow.

More work

Three more to chew on.
